If your organisation uses the URBNIA platform under a contract with us, that contract and its General Terms and Conditions govern the platform. Our Trust Center lists the contractual documents available to customers: urbnia.com/trust.
3. Information Only, No Advice
The content of this website is general information about URBNIA and its modules. It is not legal, regulatory or professional advice and does not replace advice on your specific situation.
Some modules described on this website, such as URBNIA Wise, DataSpace and Civ.AI, are not yet publicly available. Descriptions of these modules are not an offer to contract. URBNIA LOOP is shown as a research lab demo.
URBNIA Indus provides advisory decision support. It does not give legal advice, perform conformity assessments or certify compliance with any law.

5. Public Registers and Content from Others
Public Indus registers show information published by participating municipalities. Each municipality is responsible for the records it publishes. We host this content on its behalf.
If you believe content on urbnia.com is illegal, please tell us through our contact form or at info@urbnia.com, stating where the content is and why you consider it illegal. We review notices promptly and diligently, and we inform the people concerned of our decision and the reasons for it, in accordance with the EU Digital Services Act.
6. Your Submissions
When you send us a message, feedback or a consultation response, you confirm that it does not infringe the rights of others or break the law. If you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law, the courts of Berlin, Germany, have exclusive jurisdiction.
